Fragrant Oishii berries are layered with magnolia mousse and a delicate strawberry mousse.
An almond sponge with feuilletine adds a light, uplifting crunch to complete this festive delight.

▼ WHITE – $100/each
Pear jelly and mousse are harmonized with oolong tea mousse to create a gentle yet distinctive flavor profile.
A refined walnut sponge forms the base, finished with a refreshing touch of lemon jelly.
