Guinea Fowl is back!

Due to popular demand following our Thanksgiving special, our Guinea Fowl, a guest-favorite dish currently served as part of the tasting menu at Restaurant Yuu, will be available to enjoy at home again as a special Christmas takeout offering, for pickup only on December 24 and 25, between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
The guinea fowl is gently poached and then roasted to achieve exceptional juiciness, carefully prepared in advance to ensure effortless reheating at home while preserving a beautifully finished texture and ideal doneness. It is served with butter rice, Albufera sauce, and roasted butternut squash, making it perfect for sharing.
